Our Story

A neighborhood bakery that takes its time — and you can taste the difference.

Elevation Lounge started with a simple belief: food should taste like food. Not like something made in a factory and shipped across the country. We opened our doors on Coral Way to give Miami a place where the bread is still baked by hand, the coffee is poured with intention, and the grocery shelves carry products you can actually pronounce.

Every croissant, every loaf of sourdough, every jar of honey on our shelf is something we'd be proud to put on our own table. That's not a marketing line — it's the standard we hold ourselves to every single morning when the ovens fire up.
